: RCC framed structure on Pile Foundation. Semi wire cut / Hollow bricks Masonry
plastered with cement mortar.
Rooms : Rooms with excellent cross-ventilation.
General Flooring : Living room and dining room with vitrified flooring and others
with designer ceramic tiles. Decorative lobby with granite or vitrified tile
flooring.
Kitchen : Counter with granite top. Stainless steel sink with drain board, glazed
tiles above the working platform to a height of 45 cms.
Toilets : Ceramic tiles for floor and glazed tiles for walls up to a height

Kutty’s or equivalent. Anodized aluminium powder coated windows with M.S

Electrical : Three phase power supply with concealed wiring in PVC conduits
of RR/Finolex or equivalent controlled by ELCB and MCB. Elegant modular switches
of Crabtree or equivalent.
Lifts: Two lifts, stopping on all floors including basement. One passenger lift
and one bed lift.
painting : Internal walls are putty finished and plastic emulsion painted. External
walls painted with good quality exterior paint.
Cable TV : TV points in living and master bed room and Internet provision in
living room.
telephone: Points for connection in living and master bedroom.
Generator : For lifts, common lights, water pumps etc. Selected points in an
apartment. (One light point in living room, master bed room and kitchen. One
fan point in master bedroom. TV point in living room.)
Water : Common storage tank for ground water with overhead water tank.
